Young Peoples Outreach Services

This service provides sexual health and contraception outreach support for vulnerable young people up to the age of 24 who are unable to access our clinics.

We offer appointments at schools and colleges, community venues, and home visits.

For people of all ages with a disability 

This service provides clinical sexual health and contraception outreach support to both males and females of all ages with physical, sensory, or learning disabilities, or mental health problems.  

We offer appointments to attend a community clinic in Stockport or arrange a home visit, if accessing a clinic would be difficult.

Clients can self refer or a referral can be made on their behalf.
